We all need the big online next day delivery giant right? Do we? Lots of us now say we would rather support local or independent while our garages and spare rooms still fill up with cardboard packaging… the van hurtling into our street, high-vis vest in and out in a blur.
They are unstoppable and brilliant and an addiction. Providing jobs, destroying small businesses. Creating a new generation of online sellers and niche marketplace opportunities. The hand that giveth also taketh away. Maybe. I love them like I love whiskey but too much of that is a headache. You have to savour it. Mostly. And…
