If you can tell a story with just the right amount of words it can be just as effective, if not more so.
Over-explaining something isn’t always helpful. Over-communicating becomes a pain. Too much detail can be confusing. Does this translate to art, painting, design or illustration?
Using fewer lines to display something, to paint a picture or to tell a story has been fascinating to me recently. Perhaps it’s borne out of a craving for simplicity and a bit more minimalism in life.
