As I stumble towards the ripe old age of forty here’s something I have learned.
Leadership isn’t what you think it is… a lot of the time.
To be a leader, you don’t need permission. Don’t need to be a CEO. A chairman. A hero.
You don’t need to be qualified. Called. Affirmed. Ordained. Crowned. Sworn in.
Many of the best leaders I’ve known in my life are none of the above.
