Are you with BT as a phone or internet provider?
If so, do you have any issues or problems with the service they provide?
A couple of blog posts ago i mentioned our broadband being down for 4 days and the subsequent resolution of that problem. The great thing about all of this has been the use of twitter during our problem.
I still get asked from time to time what twitter is!
In a nutshell, BTCare on twitter, saw my complaint and reacted! No disrespect to the people i spoke to when i called BT, but we only got a solution when twitter entered the arena!
Oh, and my issue of compensation for 4 days without a service we pay for? This has been dealt with also, via twitter and not via the actual staff i spoke to who were unable to go off script and give me what i wanted……
Hail twitter…..and good for BT, embracing it and making it work!
